Terms Conditions

Thank you for selecting Our Hotel as your preferred accommodation in Malaysia.

Before payment made, please double check and make sure all details are correct:

  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 pm.
  • Upon check-in, guest needs to pay a deposit of RM50/chalet as protection against any damage. The deposit will be refunded during check-out provided there is no damage to facilities or equipment. Failure to do so may result in an additional payment or your reservation not being honoured.
  • All vehicles are to be parked D'Impiana designated parking lot.
  • Any risk of undesirable events is under your own responsibility. D'Impiana is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings, personal disturbances or accidents and injuries unless it is caused by our own negligence.
  • Breakfast is included in all room and is chargeable for additional guests(if needed)
  • Booking is confirmed upon full payment only.
  • All changes on bookings need to be informed at least 14 days before the booked date.
  • No refunds on cancellation. Bookings can be changed to another date of the same value for one time only within 6 months from 1st booking date. 
  • Payment must be made via our booking system, on this link.
  • Effective 1st September 2017, foreign (non-Malaysian) guests are required to pay a Tourism Tax of MYR10 per room per night upon check-in, in accordance with the Malaysian Tourism Tax Act 2017.

Child Policy

  • One (1) child below 4yrs old stay on complimentary basis provided sharing existing beddings with adults.

Cancellation:

This is non-refundable booking

  • The booking cannot be cancelled
  • The booking can not be amend
  • Once booking is received the hotel will charge full payment to the credit card for the whole stay.

No-Show / Shorten stay:

  • Full stay per room will be charged on your credit card for NO SHOW.
  • No refund in full or in part will be made for un-utilized services included in the package or for shorten stay and no-show.
